Miradas Violeta is a book-object, with bilingual text (Spanish and English) that arises as a result and materialization of a reflection that through the years, has been reaffirming the predilection or inclination of the taste for the color “violet” and its close tonalities.
For those who know me, Pilar Belmonte and her violets, it is obvious, but the need for an explanation to this passion and the desire to communicate my research and personal point of view on the different shades, their names and harmonic relationships, is what has really led me to create this book.
Some images are original works of mine and others are compositions made by the designer, Esther Navalón Wamba, from my photographs, paintings or fragments of works.
